Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

At Fleet Tide Adventures, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness for both our guests and our team.

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

• No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Weather Policy:

Safety is our top priority. If we must cancel a tour due to unsafe weather conditions, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.

 

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your tour, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.
